The Paper Mill Precinct has unfolded as a modern urban destination and a vibrant riverside community. Situated along the banks of the Georges River in Liverpool, The Paper Mill Precinct is a testament to historic preservation, architectural excellence, and urban rejuvenation.

Crafted by esteemed architects Woods Bagot and SJB, The Paper Mill Precinct comprises of five residential apartment buildings – The Paper Mill Buildings A & B, The Bindery, The Gild, and The Foundry – along with a dining destination, The Paper Mill Food. Each building is an individual masterpiece, reflecting a commitment to heritage preservation and forward-thinking design.

One of the development's key innovative design features is the adaptive reuse of the 1868 heritage paper mill into a unique dining experience, The Paper Mill Food. Predominantly fashioned from brick and weathered steel and one of Liverpool's only surviving early 20th-century industry buildings, The Paper Mill Food draws its design cues from the site's historical context. Retaining features such as the sawtooth roofline, heritage facade, and tessellated ends pay tribute to the site's industrial past and contribute a unique character that enhances the precinct's appeal to residents and visitors alike.

At the heart of the design philosophy lies a commitment to reconnecting the precinct with its natural surroundings. Through the integration of communal gardens, pedestrian links, and cycle tracks, every green space seamlessly merges with the built environment, and each residential building is connected to the Georges River. This design encourages community interaction among residents, with greenery linking each residential tower within the precinct. In addition, residents have exclusive access to rooftop gardens, decking, and pools, some also enjoying a vantage point of the Georges River and beyond.

The Paper Mill Precinct has revitalised the area and created a thriving community hub that furthers connection, enjoyment, and a renewed sense of pride in Liverpool's heritage and future.
