The Paper Mill’s dining quarter is a new landmark destination brought to Sydney’s West by Coronation Property and located at the centre of their luxury development – The Paper Mill – on the banks of the Georges River in Liverpool.
The Paper Mill precinct provides world-class design, lush landscaping and a vibrant riverfront lifestyle that residents can proudly enjoy with their friends and family so it was important to Coronation’s vision to provide not just a place to eat and meet, but to create a real experience, something the resident can be proud of, and somewhere they will be proud to bring their friends and family.
To take the dining experience to the next level, Coronation engaged globally-experienced, highly-awarded interior designers. The resulting fitout honours the industrial heritage of this 150-year-old building. Working in steel, glass and stone, the design uses a monochrome palette, softened by gold lettering and the lush greenery of the potted plants.
Dining at The Paper Mill takes its cues from modern Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, with a healthy serve of Australian attitude in the mix. The menu features wood-fire and charcoal dishes cooked over a custom-made 2.4m vertical/asado wood grill, and a 4.5m charcoal-burning Lebanese chicken station.
The Paper Mill is Food Made Social, and a fresh new page in Sydney’s dining scene. It’s affordable luxury, offered up in style, and it’s in Liverpool and proudly Made in the West.
