THE PAPER MILL FOOD

The Paper Mill has been home to four unique dining restaurants since August 2019. The Paper Mill Food is a unique dining experience in a re-purposed 19th century heritage mill building.

MASON & MAIN

A vibrant retail precinct and activated eat street positioned in the heart of the revitalised Merrylands CBD. Featuring a host of premium retail, food and beverage operators.

PRECINCT 75

Located in Sydney’s vibrant inner west, the reimagined Precinct 75 will honour the site’s history as a ‘maker’s precinct’. Currently home to boutique brewery Willie the Boatman, specialist coffee roasters Sample Coffee and artist and sculptor Dion Horstmans.

ERSKINEVILLE

Featuring innovative public spaces, carefully curated retail options, and meticulously designed residences, all aimed at providing the community with premium opportunities for living, working, and leisure.

CHATSWOOD

With expansive district views towards Sydney’s distinctive CBD skyline, our mixed-use residential and retail development brings a new standard of sophisticated designer living to Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

8 PHILLIP STREET

Situated in the vibrant heart of Parramatta, 8 Phillip Street is set to become one of the tallest buildings in the area. Featuring premium residences and amenities and home to the QT - Parramatta’s first 5-star hotel. Retail opportunities will be available to join the destination dining precinct on the ground plane.

WATERLOO

Located on the corner of Danks and Young Street at the northern edge of Waterloo, our newest acquisition will be a vibrant mixed-use development featuring 400+ apartments and 2,500 square metres of vibrant retail outlets.

ST LEONARDS

Located close to the recently opened Crows Metro Station, Royal North Shore Hospital, the St Leonards Commercial Centre and railway station, our St Leonards site will be transformed into a vibrant mixed-use precinct comprising 350+ BTR-apartments, ground-floor retail and community areas.

MOORE POINT

This city-shaping, mixed-use development will provide substantial housing and employment opportunities, and revitalisation of the Georges River. When complete, Moore Point will encompass 9+ hectares of landscaped open space alongside premium commercial and retail hubs, distinct housing typologies providing accommodation to a diverse demographic, and key civic elements including new roads and pedestrian links.
