Moore Point is set to become Sydney’s newest river city, strategically located on the eastern banks of the Georges River at Liverpool, this transformational ‘mini city’ will deliver more than 11,000 homes, a vibrant retail and commercial precinct, brand new primary school with capacity for 1,000 students and more than 10 hectares of riverfront parklands and landscaped open space.
Australia’s largest privately led urban renewal project, Moore Point is conveniently located within easy walking distance to the Liverpool CBD, Liverpool transport interchange, Liverpool Hospital and Liverpool Innovation Precinct connecting both sides of the Georges River by new pedestrian bridges.
Moore Point will be a focal point for the growing Western Sydney metropolis, reshaping the city’s eastern bank into a globally renowned destination loved by locals and visitors alike. A multi-purpose community facility, public art and cultural spaces as well as streetscape embellishments will be brought to life. While reimagined Riverfront Parklands, an eight-kilometre foreshore walk, cycling trails, swimming spots, beautiful places to relax and more than 2,000 new trees will provide a vibrant, mixed-use and walkable 24-hour City Centre with the Georges River at its heart.
