Affordable Housing
10 per cent of Coronation’s total housing stock will be dedicated to affordable housing. We’re proud to partner with major Community Housing Providers including Evolve Housing, Hume Housing and St George Housing.
NDIS
We will continue to offer housing to NDIS providers supporting Australian's with disabilities. Currently Summer Housing manages fully accessible apartments at The Foundry, for high physical support residents.
WAYSIDE CHAPEL
Coronation will partner with the Wayside Chapel to support people in need of crisis accommodation at suitable project locations, and donations much needed clothing and and supplies to those in need.
VINNIES
Coronation and its staff help make a difference to those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. They advocate for affordable housing and robust community services.

COMMUNITY GRANTS
Each year our Community Grants Program will provide a total of $20,000 to organisations working to better the lives of residents within 10km of our developments in Parramatta, Merrylands and Liverpool.

Cadet Program
Since 2018, the Coronation Cadetship Program has nurtured a pool of 10 people within the company. Coronation collaborates with universities to promote and facilitate career pathways in the property and construction industry, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Danebank Work Placement
We run a work placement program with Danebank Anglican School for girls, allowing them to gain practical experience in all facets of the property industry including design project management and construction, helping inform their career choices and build their employability skills.
NAWIC
In collaboration with the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), Coronation encourages opportunities for women to connect and progress within the construction and property industry.
