CRISIS & TRANSITIONAL HOUSING
We’ve partnered with a range of not-for-profit organisations to help provide crisis and transitional housing for those in need.
AFFORDABLE HOUSING
10 per cent of Coronation’s total housing stock will be dedicated to Affordable housing. We’re proud to partner with major Community Housing Providers to make housing more accessible for essential workers.
CREATING PATHWAYS TO HOME OWNERSHIP
We’re providing opportunities for our Build-to-Rent tenants to access pathways for support to become homeowners.
COMMUNITY GRANTS
Each year our Community Grants Program provides a total of $20,000 to organisations working to better the lives of residents within 10km of our active projects.
EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
Our people are committed to the causes we support. Coronation provides unlimited leave for staff to participate in our company-led volunteer initiatives and an additional two days leave for any external volunteer causes they would like to support.

PUSHING THE BOUNDARIES SPONSORSHIP SERIES
We see the potential for better in everything we do - in our precincts, communities and people. By challenging the status quo, we hope to inspire others to realise their own potential.
Twice a year, we’ll sponsor an exceptional person or group who is pushing the boundaries of what’s possible to harness their own unique strengths and create meaningful change.
GENDER PARITY TARGETS
We’re committed to bridging the gender gap in the property industry by implementing a 50 per cent female intake in our trainee, cadet and apprenticeship programs.
YOUTH & FEMALE WORK-READY PROGRAMS
We sponsor a range of skills programs that provides young people and women with the necessary skills and qualifications to start their careers in construction.
