As the city evolves and claims its crown as Sydney’s second CBD, we’ve partnered with global architects, Woods Bagot to craft a unique destination that signals an exhilarating new era for Parramatta.
ERSKINEVILLE PROJECT
● ERSKINEVILLE
In 2024, Coronation partnered with Surry Hills-based architects Silvester Fuller to create the design for a residential building at Erskineville. The result is a design that harmoniously integrates with the surrounding area. The building’s scale and form are carefully aligned with both existing and future developments. The building will establish a seamless connection between the future McPherson Park, at the heart of the precinct, and through-site pedestrian link, creating an inviting environment for residents and visitors alike.
ARCHER RESIDENCES
● CHATSWOOD
Residents will enjoy access to an exceptional standard of dedicated residential amenities and commercial offerings including wellness, retail and fine dining. A landscaped courtyard will provide communal open space for residents. Stitched into its surrounds, the development draws inspiration from the endemic Sydney Blue Gum high forest and features ground-level retail tenancies, commercial and wellness spaces on levels one and two, and a restored heritage building repurposed for fine dining.

Within walking distance of the Gore Hill Oval and an array of local cafés and restaurants, Coronation’s stand-alone BTR company, Nation, will operate the St Leonards Project.
