Moore Point – The Three-Minute River City – is a blueprint for liveability and will be one of Australia’s largest regeneration projects, with a design that creates a vibrant, resilient, and liveable community; a single place where Western Sydney residents have jobs, arts, culture and recreation – at their doorstep.

Coronation Property’s vision for Moore Point begins with rezoning the site to create a community of 6,000 apartments, commercial offices, an activated waterfront with retail and restaurants, and generous outdoor spaces for events such as an outdoor cinema. Located next to a bird sanctuary in Lake Moore, it will be a self-contained neighbourhood—tranquil, yet offering the cultural experiences of the inner city – providing publicly accessible networks of river walks, including outdoor gym and exercise, together with the provision of a significant vegetation canopy throughout the precinct to battle the urban heat effect.

The masterplan will deliver a landmark architecturally-designed arts and cultural centre with a riverfront location. This design will not only provide an alternative access to the precinct, but also support a programme of events and spectacles that leverage the river. The addition of satellite gallery facilities within the precinct is set to showcase the work of local, international, and indigenous artists, and facilitate public art to be interwoven throughout the precinct.

This cultural precinct will not only bring art and culture to an important strategic centre in Western Sydney, but also complement the area’s health and education strengths, thus providing the missing piece in the collaborative puzzle.
