With expansive views towards Sydney’s CBD skyline and harbour, Coronation's project at 57-61 Archer Street, Chatswood places itself at the centre of this blue-chip suburb to deliver sophisticated designer living to Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
The $250 million, 25-storey development, conveniently located close to the Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre, will feature 114 premium residences including one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, and an exclusive collection of penthouses.
Residents will enjoy access to a resort-style rooftop pool and outdoor lounge areas, a well-equipped gym, therapy room, and landscaped courtyard will focus on wellness, while an undercover cinema and dining room will cater to communal events.
Stitched into its surrounds, the development draws inspiration from the endemic Sydney Blue Gum high forest and features ground-level retail tenancies, office space on levels one and two, and a restored heritage building repurposed as a cafe.
