Conveniently positioned on one of Merrylands’ key arterial road links, Coronation’s development vision will deliver a new vibrant mixed-use destination to the area, comprising of beautifully appointed apartments, and an activated ‘Eat Street’ where residents and the wider community can gather.

Coronation continued to build on its strong partnership with architects Woods Bagot to deliver an integrated approach that considered the local market and materiality of the construction. This drew inspiration from the nearby brickworks and aqueduct, applying a contemporary lens to the area’s rich heritage.

Mason & Main is a town centre mixed-use project that embodies 
the essence of Merrylands. The development of three residential buildings, designer apartments and resort-style amenities, creates a new landmark destination and large public space in close proximity to the Parramatta CBD.

Coronation’s contemporary lens applied to the area’s rich built form heritage will deliver one of the largest developments in Merrylands, offering a new level of residential quality and lifestyle not previously seen in the area.
