Coronation Property’s newest project, at 67 & 73-83 Mary Street, St Peters, is centrally located in Sydney’s inner city.
The 15,250 sqm site has received Development Approval for the construction of over 200 Build-to-Rent apartments, along with 15,000 sqm of retail and commercial spaces.
The former precinct, known as Precinct 75, is proposed to undergo a major revitalisation, incorporating a mix of new and existing buildings, as well as various amenities, including restaurants, bars, gym, and a small park, which will further enhance the overall liveability of the area.
Located just 2kms from the dynamic neighbourhoods of Newtown and Alexandria, the site offers unparalleled connectivity into Sydney’s CBD.
