Located close to the recently-opened Crows Metro Station, Royal North Shore Hospital (RNS), the St Leonards Commercial Centre and railway station, Coronation Property's St Leonards site will be transformed into a vibrant mixed-use precinct comprising 500 BTR-apartments, ground-floor retail and community areas.
Within walking distance of the Gore Hill Oval and an array of local cafés and restaurants, Coronation’s stand-alone BTR company, Nation, will operate the St Leonards Project.
