With expansive views towards Sydney’s CBD skyline and harbour, Coronation's project at 57-61 Archer Street, Chatswood places itself at the centre of this blue-chip suburb to deliver sophisticated designer living to Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

The $250 million, 32-storey development, conveniently located close to the Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre, will feature 150 premium residences including one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, and an exclusive collection of penthouses. 

Residents will enjoy access to an exceptional standard of dedicated residential amenities and commercial offerings including wellness, retail and fine dining. A landscaped courtyard will provide communal open space for residents.

Stitched into its surrounds, the development draws inspiration from the endemic Sydney Blue Gum high forest and features ground-level retail tenancies, commercial and wellness spaces on levels one and two, and a restored heritage building repurposed for fine dining.
