Archer & Albert Records $50M in Sales Over VIP Launch Weekend

Archer & Albert has recorded $50 million in sales across its two-day VIP launch weekend, marking a strong response to Coronation Property’s first Build-to-Sell development on Sydney’s North Shore.

More than 150 groups visited the Chatswood display suite across the weekend, with two and three-bedroom residences attracting particularly strong interest.

Coronation Property Head of Sales Cam Porter said the result reflected what buyers were looking for in the Chatswood market.

“We saw buyers prioritising space, quality and location, particularly those who already live in Chatswood or the surrounding Lower North Shore and want to stay connected to the area,” Cam said.

Interest came from a broad mix of buyers, including local owner-occupiers, downsizers and young families, with many looking to remain connected to Chatswood and the surrounding Lower North Shore.

The launch also marks an important milestone for Coronation as the business expands into Sydney’s North Shore, with Archer & Albert its first Build-to-Sell project in the area.

Designed by Woods Bagot, Archer & Albert will deliver 150 residences across 32 storeys, with landscaping by Arcadia. The project has been shaped around larger residences, considered architecture and its connection to the surrounding neighbourhood.

At ground level, a new landscaped public lawn and pedestrian connection between Archer and Bertram streets will sit alongside three restaurants and the restoration of an 1898 heritage home as a daytime café.

Located in the heart of Chatswood, Archer & Albert is within walking distance of Chatswood Metro, Chatswood Chase, Westfield Chatswood and The Concourse.

Construction is progressing on site, with excavation underway ahead of the tower crane installation scheduled for October.
