Coronation Core is how we direct expertise, partnerships and resources into the communities our developments join. Through affordable housing built into our pipeline, long-term community partnerships, and an active employee volunteering program, the work goes beyond what gets built on the site.
It's a deliberate model — place-led, partner-driven, and measured by what actually changes on the ground.
Through Coronation Core, we work with established organisations whose work aligns with the neighbourhoods we develop in. Each partnership is selected for its ability to deliver measurable, long-term outcomes — and prioritised for sustained engagement rather than one-off contribution.
Our focus areas: housing access and stability, community wellbeing, family support, and social inclusion. Coronation Core works alongside established organisations such as Habitat for Humanity, Wayside Chapel, Head Start Homes and Karitane, in addition to a growing network of Community Grant recipients.
Coronation Core isn't only funded — it's worked. Through the Unlimited Volunteering Program, every Coronation employee is supported to take paid time to participate in company-led initiatives and volunteer with our partner organisations.
Teams contribute in practical, hands-on ways — from preparing meals at Wayside Chapel to supporting the Vinnies Van outreach to painting interiors with Habitat for Humanity. The model strengthens local partnerships and embeds community contribution into how the business actually operates day-to-day.
Coronation Core sets the standard for how Coronation Property integrates social impact into its development practice. It ensures that each project, partnership and operational decision contributes to stronger, more resilient communities across Sydney and NSW.
Rather than traditional corporate social responsibility, Coronation Core represents a disciplined, long-term approach to development, embedding care, accountability and measurable impact into the planning, delivery and management of residential and mixed-use projects.
