Charlie Parker is a build-to-rent residential tower in Parramatta, Western Sydney, designed by fjcstudio and delivered by Coronation Property, with operations managed by Nation. Located within walking distance of Parramatta CBD, the development provides professionally managed rental apartments supported by integrated amenity and shared spaces.

The architecture responds to the environmental and cultural context of the site. Extensive glazing maximises natural light and outlook, while brickwork wraps the base of the tower to create a grounded, sculptural form that anchors the building within its streetscape.

Residents benefit from hotel-style amenity including an open-air pool, private dining rooms, gym, sauna, cinema and co-working spaces, designed to integrate seamlessly into daily life. Interiors emphasise light, space and durability, with floor-to-ceiling curved glazing, diverse floor plans and premium finishes throughout. Fully furnished apartments by MCM House further reinforce the considered approach to build-to-rent living.

“Urban context was central to the design of Charlie Parker. The site sits at the interface of Parramatta CBD and Harris Park, and the building responds directly to that condition. Its material palette references the traditional brickwork of Harris Park, while the sculpted, curved form emerges from both the site constraints and the opportunity to capture uninterrupted views east and south toward the river, Homebush and the Sydney skyline.”
