• respond to your enquiry, feedback or complaint (including from community members and the public about our developments and build-to-rent communities)
• assess and manage leases or tenancy applications for build-to-rent retail and residential properties, and manage relationships with prospective purchasers of build-to-sell apartments
• verify your identity where reasonably necessary
• market and promote Coronation products and services (including build-to-sell, build-to-rent and community programs) by email, SMS, telephone, web-based advertising and other digital channels, with an option to opt out at any time
• provide information about products and services offered by us or our partners, as requested
• conduct research, data analytics, demographic, behaviour, performance and website traffic tracking, and reporting to improve our products, services, developments, communities and your experience with us, and
• carry out other purposes set out in our Privacy Policy available on the Coronation Privacy Policy webpage.

We usually collect information directly from you, for example when you complete a form, contact us (in person, by phone, email, online chat, social media or through our websites or apps), attend our premises, participate in inspections or events, or interact with us in our build-to-rent communities. This may include your name, contact details, date of birth, proof of identity details, financial or employment information for a tenancy or purchase enquiry, details of your enquiry or complaint, image (for example CCTV or photographs taken at our sites or events where signage is displayed), your preferences and interests, and information about your online interactions with us (such as website usage and cookie or device identifiers) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.​

We may also collect information about you from third parties where it is unreasonable or impracticable to collect it from you directly, including from our related companies, your authorised representatives (such as your agent, lawyer or broker), property or leasing agents, referrers, guarantors, previous landlords, tenancy databases, identity verification services, marketing or lead generation providers, publicly available sources and other third parties you authorise.

We may disclose your personal information to:

• our consultants, agents or contractors acting for Coronation
• property and facilities managers for our build-to-rent communitiestorent communities
• third party providers who help deliver our products and services (including IT and data hosting, marketing and digital advertising, research and analytics, call centres, customer service providers, insurers and professional advisers)
• business and joint venture partners, and
• other third parties as set out in our Privacy Policy or where we are required or authorised by law, regulation or a court or tribunal order.​

We may disclose personal information to entities outside Australia, including related bodies corporate and IT, data hosting, support and other service providers located overseas from time to time. You can contact us to ask which countries your information is likely to be disclosed to at the time of your enquiry.​

If you do not provide your personal information, we may not be able to create a user account, assess or process a tenancy or purchase enquiry, respond to your enquiries or complaints, allow you to participate in certain activities or events, provide the requested products or services to the same standard (or at all), or give you important information about our products, services and communities.​
