Mason & Main Precinct has been recognised at the 2026 Australian Apartment Advocacy Awards for Excellence, winning the Pioneering category.
Developed by Coronation Property, Mason & Main is a mixed-use precinct in Merrylands comprising 849 residences across Build-to-Rent and Build-to-Sell. The precinct includes 434 Build-to-Rent residences, operated by Nation, alongside 415 Build-to-Sell apartments.
