We followed Zack, a Cadet working on 8 Phillip Street in Parramatta, for a behind-the-scenes look at what the role involves – from site walks and coordinating with the project team to learning first-hand how a complex development comes together.
For Zack, the cadetship is an opportunity to build experience across every stage of construction, working alongside experienced project and site teams while developing the technical and practical skills that can only come from being part of the day-to-day delivery.
And there is plenty to learn at 8 Phillip Street. Rising 65 storeys above Parramatta, the project brings together premium residences and QT Parramatta within one of the city's most significant mixed-use developments.
