STEP 1
Pay a 1% Deposit to Secure Your Home
To lock in your own brand-new apartment, you will need to pay the first instalment equivalent to 1% of the listed property price when entering into the contract. To break it down, our 1 bedroom apartments start from $491,000, so you only need $4,910* to secure the apartment of your choice.
STEP 2
Pay Your Deposit in Instalments Over 12 Months
Following your initial deposit, the remaining balance can be paid over nine monthly instalments (each equivalent to 1% of the total deposit price) until the balance of the 10% deposit has been paid
STEP 3
Need to Take a Break? Life happens, We Get It
As a family-owned developer, we understand that life happens. That’s why after securing a home with us, we’ll give you a two-month break between payments to use any time throughout your 12 month payment period.
