CORONATION LISTED IN THE TOP EIGHT APARTMENT DEVELOPERS TO WATCH IN 2022

We’re delighted to have recently been named in the top eight apartment developers to watch this year by Urban.  The feature follows the completion and progression of several exciting projects that will shape our future cities.

Despite the many challenges presented by lockdowns and government mandated construction breaks, 2021 was a momentous year for the company. The delivery of 200 apartments at The Foundry marked the completion of the fourth and final piece of the puzzle at the acclaimed Paper Mill Precinct, a huge milestone for Coronation and Liverpool’s landmark waterfront address.

Additionally, our mixed-use Mason & Main Precinct in Merrylands is well and truly underway with the demolition and excavation of Buildings A and B now complete. Having sold more than 60% of the first apartment allocation, the Mason & Main development has been extremely well received by the community.

We're also making headway on several other exciting pipeline projects, with first floor slabs being poured at Charlie Parker in Harris Park and excavation in progress at 8 Phillip Street in Parramatta.

With more than 1,368 apartments currently under construction, Coronation’s commitment to urban transformation in collaboration with some of the greatest global minds in placemaking and design gives rise to an incredibly exciting year ahead – starting with the launch of Ashbury Terraces, a unique collection of garden-centric townhouses and terrace homes in the heritage listed suburb of Ashbury located in Sydney’s Inner West.
