18-MONTH PAYMENT PLAN
  • 10% deposit amount of the full advertised listed price is required within an 18-month period based on the below 18-month 'Own Way' deposit payment plan.
    When entering the contract to secure an apartment, homebuyers will be required to pay the first instalment equivalent to 1% of the price, followed by payments on month 3, 4, 5, 6, 12 & 18, until the full 10% deposit has been paid.
