SINCE OUR LAST CONSTRUCTION UPDATE, WE ARE DELIGHTED TO SHARE THAT SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS HAS BEEN MADE ON-SITE AT THE FOUNDRY.
With the transfer slab to Ground Level reaching 100% completion in July, the team commenced work on the superstructure, which has successfully reached 3 levels above ground.
Scaffolding has now been established to Level 2 and will continue to scale the structure to ensure the safety of all personnel on-site as we reach new heights.
Stormwater and Electrical lighting has now been complete in basement levels 1, 2 and 3.
SO, WHAT’S NEXT?
The structure is on track to reach Level 4 by the end of September.
October will be another busy month with the team forging ahead on the structure. This progress will work alongside the commencement of the internal framing and services of the Ground Floor plus Levels 1, 2 and 3.
