WE ARE DELIGHTED TO SHARE THE LATEST CONSTRUCTION UPDATE FROM THE FOUNDRY.
Works commenced on site in October 2019, with the bulk excavation completed at the end of January 2020. During this time, the sewer diversion was carried out and finalised by the end of November 2019.
This paved the way for the construction of the basement structure which included basement levels 1, 2 and 3, subsequently allowing for the first slab to be poured on the ground level.
The crane was erected in February 2020, marking a significant project milestone and the exciting next stages for construction.
SO, WHATS NEXT?
The project team will commence the superstructure from the ground floor.
This will lay the foundation for commencement of the brick facade, the internal layout of the ground floor and the substation main works.
