The country’s top 100 builders have been ranked in the Housing Industry Association’s latest report, with new home commencements seeing an 11% growth.  

Coronation has been recognised as one of Australia’s largest and fastest-growing builders in the HIA Housing 100 (2024/25) rankings — a milestone that reflects both the scale of our pipeline and the discipline with which we deliver.

This year, Coronation was ranked:

• #2 in New South Wales for overall building activity

• #2 “Biggest Mover” nationally with 161% year-on-year growth

• #3 Apartment Builder in Australia

• #9 Builder in Australia overall

Breaking into the national Top 10 is an important moment for our business. It validates the momentum we have built, the strength of our model, and the confidence our partners and residents place in us.
