Coronation Property UDIA Presidents Award

Mason & Main Stage One, our landmark development in the heart of the Merrylands CBD has won its third major industry award taking out the Outstanding Housing Project category at the Boomtown! Summit 2024. 

The Boomtown! award is the third major achievement for the project in 2024, having also received the prestigious UDIA NSW President’s Award and the UDIA Award for Excellence in Mixed Use Development. 

Mason & Main is an exciting new mixed-use, five-building precinct in the revitalised Merrylands CBD, comprising 434 Build-to-Rent (BTR) apartments in Stage One (the biggest BTR project in NSW) and 415 Build-to-Sell (BTS) apartments in Stage Two. It is complemented by a vibrant retail and dining precinct, a childcare centre, beauty and health services and the first One Playground gym to open in Western Sydney. 

Designed by global architects Woods Bagot and landscape architecture by 360 Degrees Landscape Architects, Mason & Main offers premium resident amenities such as a home-cinema, resort-style swimming pool, gymnasium and outdoor dining facilities.  

 All three industry awards acknowledged Mason & Main as having significantly contributed to the sustainable growth of Greater Western Sydney.
