Mason & Main Stage One opens – NSW’s largest Build-to-Rent project

Yesterday marked the official opening of Mason & Main Stage One master-planned precinct in the heart of Merrylands. 

Led by Coronation Property, Mason & Main has been brought to life by global architects, Woods Bagot. A vibrant mixed-use precinct in the heart of Merrylands, Mason & Main comprises of five residential towers, blending design-les Build-to-Rent and Build-to-Sell apartments, resort-style amenities and a vibrant ‘Eat Street’ to form a new landmark destination only 5 minutes from Parramatta’s CBD. The vision for the new precinct combines deep respect for the past with a bold vision for the future to deliver an exciting new lifestyle address that embodies the essence of Merrylands.

Operating under Coronation Property’s subsidiary, Nation, Stage One includes three out of the five buildings at Mason & Main. Nation will be operating the 434 build-to-rent (BTR) apartments, that includes a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedrooms and offers renters in Sydney the essential supply, quality, and variety of longer-term accommodation options.
