Last Friday 21st October 2022, the team at Coronation Property proudly celebrated the Topping Out of Charlie Parker in Paramatta, marking a huge milestone and achievement for the project.
Key project partners FJMT accompanied members of the Coronation Property and MN Builders team to commemorate the completion of the building structure with a topping-out ceremony. The ceremony was a day of significance for the project.
With construction commencing in 2021, the site has progressed well despite significant challenges including the supply chain issues due to the COVID-19 pandemic, long periods of site closures due to COVID-19, and unprecedented wet weather.
With the structure now completed at Charlie Parker, services are well underway, and work has begun on the internal fit outs.
Upon completion, Charlie Parker will comprise 126 luxury apartments and will offer its residents access to private dining spaces, a cinema, workspaces, parking, a library, an open-air pool, and a fully equipped gymnasium.
At 24 storeys and standing at just under 100 metres in height, Charlie Parker is set to become one of the first Build to Rent towers in Parramatta, and more broadly New South Wales.
Charlie Parker also represents a significant milestone for Coronation Property as it marks the release of our first ‘Build to Rent building. The first in what will be many, as the company sets out to deliver an ambitious pipeline of Build to Rent housing across Sydney.
