The new 16-storey tower will form part of stage four of Coronation Property’s The Paper Mill project, along Shepherd St at Liverpool. Called The Foundry, it will include 198 units with river views.

A CONTEMPORARY apartment tower with a rooftop pool is the latest stage of a hugely successful project that runs along the Georges River.
Coronation director Aras Labutis said the design of the building, as with previous releases, was inspired by its history.
“At the heart of the precinct there is actually a paper mill — it was (one of) the first in Australia and that brick building has been retained as part of stage one,” Mr Labutis said.
Other buildings in the complex, including The Bindery and The Guild, have also been designed as a tribute to the site’s historic roots.
The riverside property will also have a retail hub and walk and cycle ways, Mr Labutis said, adding that the project would add much needed retail to the area.
“(The hub) will have all-day dining, coffee and wines.”
SJB Architects has been working to retain the property’s old-world charm with brick exteriors and exposed trusses.
Construction is yet to start but The Foundry will showcase a similar design, set to feature a brick podium and archways.
One-bedroom units range from $495,000 to $606,000, two-bedders are $590,000 to $715,000 and the three-bedroom units are going for between $796,000 and $799,000.
