Through Coronation Core, Coronation Property supports organisations working to create practical pathways into home ownership. One of those organisations is Head Start Homes, a not-for-profit dedicated to helping renters move toward buying their first home.
Head Start Homes provides free empowerment services designed to help participants build financial capability, save for a deposit and navigate the property market. Their programs support individuals and families who may otherwise struggle to access traditional pathways to home ownership.
By addressing both financial and knowledge barriers, the organisation is helping more Australians move from renting toward long-term housing stability.
