Eat Street, Mason & Main Precinct
Eat Street at Mason & Main is the public-facing heart of the precinct, bringing together retail, dining and everyday amenity in the centre of Merrylands, Western Sydney. Developed by Coronation Property, the precinct is designed as a series of market-style, pedestrian-focused laneways, intentionally woven into the public realm to support a curated mix of wellness, lifestyle and dining operators serving both residents and the wider community.

Spanning approximately 9,000 square metres and home to more than 25 operators, Eat Street remains active from morning through to late evening. From daily essentials and health services to destination dining, the precinct balances convenience with experience. The mix includes the first One Playground gym to open in Western Sydney, alongside childcare, beauty and wellness offerings, with Chemist Warehouse opening soon to further strengthen the precinct’s everyday retail and health offering.

Anchored by a diverse food and beverage line-up, Eat Street brings together established inner-city favourites and locally inspired eateries to create a dining destination not previously seen in Merrylands. Dining operators including Macelleria, San Churro, C9 Chocolate & Gelato and Iftar sit alongside retailers such as Petbarn, delivering a blend of indulgence, speciality retail and essential services. Supported by dedicated retail parking, EV charging, car share services and proximity to public transport, Eat Street reflects Coronation’s approach to retail placemaking – commercially disciplined, community-focused and designed to evolve with its neighbourhood.
