Mason & Main Stage Two Celebrates Structural Topping Out

Written by Coronation | Jul 17, 2024 6:07:42 AM

Today we celebrated the structural topping out of Mason & Main Stage Two, part of our $700 million master-planned precinct in the heart of Merrylands.

The event was attended by Coronation’s Owner Joe Nahas, contract partners, suppliers and Coronation executive staff, with David Borger, Executive Director of Business Western Sydney the MC for the official proceedings.

Mr Nahas said the topping out of Mason & Main Stage Two is a major milestone for the project, following the recent opening of Stage One earlier this year.

“The topping out of Mason & Main Stage Two signifies our commitment to working on-the-ground increasing the supply of quality, new homes in Sydney,” he said.

“We’re proud to be providing a premium lifestyle destination for the residents of Western Sydney – places that people are truly proud of living in.”

David Borger, Executive Director of Business Western Sydney said this was an important development for the people in Sydney's vibrant Western suburbs.

“Mason & Main is a fantastic example of what can be achieved for the people of Western Sydney. This development is providing residents the opportunity to live in a well-connected area that’s close to their social networks and workplaces, while enjoying the kind of quality product that’s usually reserved for inner city suburbs,” he said.

Mason & Main Stage Two comprises 415 Build-to-Sell (BTS) apartments across two beautifully appointed buildings, available in studio, 1-, 2- and 3- bed configurations. Designed by global architects Woods Bagot and landscape architecture by 360 Degrees Landscape Architects, the project offers premium resident amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool, gymnasium and outdoor dining facilities.

Once completed, Stage Two will join the recently opened Stage One of the development which features 434 Build-to-Rent (BTR) apartments – the largest BTR development in NSW.

Mason & Main will also be complemented by an activated ‘Eat Street’, part of a 9,000 sqm dining and retail precinct, comprising more than 25 retail occupants including Macelleria, Yuzu Dining, the first One Playground gym to open in Western Sydney, Hilltop Childcare Centre as well as beauty and health services.
