Solis, made up of 185 apartments in 14 and 15 dual storey complex towers on the corner of Hume Highway and Bigge St, opened over the weekend. JLL’s director of residential project marking Jason Soulos said the building was of a standard not seen before in Liverpool.
“It has definitely set a new benchmark for the area,” he said. Mr Soulos said prices had started from $295,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.
Leading architect Tony Leung said they wanted to “incorporate a ‘kick-ass’, luxurious, three-level high entrance that … create spatial drama, enticing owners and visitors”. “The vision for Solis was to set a new benchmark for the next generation in apartment design for Liverpool,” he said.
Liverpool Mayor Ned Mannoun said Solis showed just how much potential there is in Liverpool. Residents mingled in the outdoor communal garden as Cr Mannoun and Hughes federal Liberal MP Craig Kelly and Cr Peter Ristevski opened the complex.
