The next stage of an ambitious urban renewal project in Liverpool is due to launch in the coming weeks.
The Foundry at The Paper Mill on the edge of the Georges River is expected to include 91 one-bedroom apartments, 90 two-bedroom apartments and 17 three bedrooms.
Residents will have access to spectacular rooftop gardens and a pool overlooking the river. A heritage mill building in the precinct is slated to house shops, cafes, workshops, farmers’ markets and community activities. The Foundry, with architecture and interiors by SJB, is the fourth stage release of the development from Coronation Property.
It follows strong take-up of off-the-plan apartments at the Paper Mill, the Bindery and the Gild. When complete, the precinct is expected to have more than 1200 residences. The Paper Mill is 15 minutes by foot to Liverpool’s rail and bus interchange.
A display apartment is open Thursday to Sunday from 11am to 4pm at 20 Shepherd Street, Liverpool.
