When Wendy Nguyen started looking for her first apartment in Sydney’s Greater West, she did not need to look further than Coronation Property’s The Paper Mill – quite literally, with the young first home buyer completely won over by what will soon become Liverpool’s premier, new waterfront community.
“There is nothing like The Paper Mill in Liverpool right now, so I think it will really change the area for the better. I also love the way that it incorporates a piece of Liverpool’s history into its future retail plaza,” Ms Nguyen said.
“I think that the heritage component is something very special. It offers a great level of charm and a real sense of connection between past and future, which is something I’m very excited about and I look forward to sharing that with my loved ones and the community that I will be a part of.”
“The masterplan for this development includes a whole revamp of the riverbank, so we at The Paper Mill will have promenades and restaurants to enjoy along the river, as well as river views from our apartments.”
After visiting the display suite at The Paper Mill, Ms Nguyen went on to purchase a 69sqm, one bedroom apartment with a car space within the precinct’s The Gild building, which is the community’s smaller, boutique offering of just eighty-two apartments.
Ms Nguyen’s apartment is closest to the riverbank, something she was keen to secure for herself when selecting her apartment from the available mix of floorplans at The Paper Mill, which was originally functioning as a mill up until 1905.
Coronation Property’s Director of Sales, Jason Soulos, said that many purchasers at The Paper Mill – either within The Bindery, The Paper Mill building, or The Gild, were intending to live in the apartments they had purchased in order to take advantage of the precinct’s extensive lifestyle and amenity offering.
This includes its green spaces, which will be professionally curated by award-winning landscape designer and media personality, Jamie Durie.
Jamie Durie has collaborated with Coronation Property for some time, having partnered with the developer on another development at 8 Phillip Street in Parramatta.
Already a prominent presence in western Sydney, where construction is well underway at The Paper Mill, Coronation Property is literally transforming the Greater West by reactivating previously disused river bank areas upon which to create its premier masterplanned precincts.
Bringing to western Sydney the very best of its high-end collaborations with industry leaders at the very forefront of their industries – such as Domenic Alvaro of award winning international architectural firm Woods Bagot and Jamie Durie for landscaping design, Coronation Property is presenting the west with the very best in masterplanned design.
