Ms Nguyen’s apartment is closest to the riverbank, something she was keen to secure for herself when selecting her apartment from the available mix of floorplans at The Paper Mill, which was originally functioning as a mill up until 1905.

Coronation Property’s Director of Sales, Jason Soulos, said that many purchasers at The Paper Mill – either within The Bindery, The Paper Mill building, or The Gild, were intending to live in the apartments they had purchased in order to take advantage of the precinct’s extensive lifestyle and amenity offering.
